Soli Salon Suites Reviews

I love renting my space from soli salon suites! John(the landlord) is a great person to rent from! Always tentative to any suggestions from me or the other salon suite renters. He's easy to work with and wants to see each person that rents there succeed. I hope to stay here for many years to come, as I continue to grow my buisness! I enjoy seeing and working with the other suite renters, its a small community of small buisness owners helping each other as we grow in our industries.

I have been running my Barber Parlor business and it has been a great experience at Soli Salon Suites Wonderful staff and upscale service!

I would , rent from this owner , he is a crazy contractor. He , got jealous over my salon suite name. He bullied me into hiding my salon suite name . He pushed in my salon mat , underneath the door. The owner took 3 weeks to; to fix something not mentioned He advertised outside the suites where 500$ for 3 months. I feel really bad about doing this on social media. Because everyone was there was “nice” , how ever I also recommend, you getting a camera of your going to be their. My towels went missing from the shop. Also I had clients this, week that where 500$ each client. He told me , if I did not pay , he would evict me tomrrow and change my locks with my stuff in the suite. Mind this all my blow dryers are , 1,000$ each. Mind you this , he didn’t event give me a 30 day notice . That is 100% illegal! I also was going to pay him in advance. Stay far away. Seems like he just wants to , steal peoples equipment. He lost me a pay check. I’m picking up my couch tomorrow.

If inquiring about a suite here I wouldn’t recommend, asked me when was I looking to start my business and tells me he will have it ready in two weeks, call him and tells me he forgot he had someone already inquiring for that space and can’t allow anymore estheticians in the building ??? When there were 2 more suites available????? So please expect to the gaslight when touring the facility and just know in reality he’s just choosing between who he likes best. And idk if my bf intimidated him or he was profiling us but emphasized on “how he wants peace in the building” (like we looked like a hazard to the public or something) can’t even be professional on leasing your property or “avoiding stepping on toes” when you stepped on the whole foot, especially being told that the person he is going with is “BETTER” when there’s no such thing as being BETTER when I was ready to pay the rent damn near the same day. Very upset on how this was on handled. Now have to figure out a space for all this expecting clientele and definitely wish there was more consideration and fair treatment handled in this situation, this was not fair at all and this playing with people’s businesses and career for the future which I find rude and just show money hungry like the rest of America.
